ARGENTIERA – ARGENTIERA BAY

The beach is a small cove of dark sand, a greyish crescent whose color is mainly due to metal residues: in fact, a few meters from the beach stands the old disused mine. the sea in this area is very deep and therefore particularly appreciated by divers for diving. The coast is rocky and characterized by high cliffs, also dark in color due to the presence of silver veins inside (hence the name Argentiera).
